 News Thursday, May 9, 2013 We have been making some more changes to our online booking & quote system over the last few days, so please accept our apologies if you have tried to use it and found it unavailable at times. We're pleased to announce that the changes are now complete, and will enable us to be notified of requests and cancelations more quickly. Sunday, April 28, 2013 Users of our online booking & quote page will see that we have now added a verification feature which requires the entry of a randomly selected word before a request can be submitted successfully. Many websites have a similar feature on forms which are freely accessible to all, in order to try and prevent the barrage of junk mail which is submitted from automated systems around the world. We have tried to resist as long as possible, but the quantity of such junk arriving via our request form has now reached a level that we have, somewhat reluctantly, decided that this measure is necessary. Not wishing to force some of the worst excesses of these verification systems on our users though, for the time being we have tried to keep the system very simple, with real words rather than random characters, and presented in a style which can be read easily, unlike some systems which seem to produce images which are almost completely illegible!
